Comprehensive Implementation Analysis & Planning Project Approach:

The goal of the Comprehensive Implementation Analysis & Planning (CIA Plan) process is to ensure that your company is presented with a clear understanding and strategic plan for the optimal implementation of any quality management software. The CIA Plan is always the first step for all software implementation projects because we believe that prior analysis and planning is critical to the success of the project. The CIA Plan has been proven to yield the following benefits:

This assessment provides insight and strategic value to your company regardless of the specific software package you chose to implement. At a minimum, the CIA Plan output may be used as objective evidence of continuous improvement activities.

Analysis Work Plan:

A disciplined approach will be used for obtaining necessary knowledge and information during an on-site assessment process. The major elements of the CIA Plan will include:

• Initial data migration and other software system integration recommendations
  
• CIA Plan checklist detail and other working papers
  

The professionals who conduct the CIA Plan will review and discuss the summary report findings with the your project team.

Accountability and Commitment:

The final step of the CIA Plan discovery process is to make any necessary modifications to the recommended strategic plan and obtain a total team consensus and commitment for software implementation.
Prior to conducting any implementation work, executive management and team members should be prepared to sign a Declaration of Accountability and Commitment to the plan. This document should be posted in a prominent place for the purpose of establishing team empowerment and communicating the project objectives throughout the organization.
